 Duties : Small-scale shoot, shot in Guys Hospital for NHS corporate video. I was in charge of making sure everyone arrived on time, was on set when they needed to be. Was first point of contact for the director and acted as a liaison between himself and the crew or the actors. I also assisted the DOP and the producer due to the scale of the crew.  |

 Duties : Production Assistant for music videos by Groove Armada, Scouting for Girls, Lissie and I Blame Coco.
Worked closely with the Production Manager and Producer organising locations, catering and transport. I organised castings, put together casting documents such as head sheets and photographic referencing. I would then create casting cut downs for the directors. I also arranged styling meetings, helped put together the call sheet, putting together maps and directions to and from locations, found the weather forecasts for shoots and sunrise and sunset times. I helped arrange food and transport for everyone on the day. Also responsible for finding a hotel for the artists to stay in when necessary. On set I ensured the artists were happy and comfortable in between shots and were where they needed to be at the correct times. I was responsible for organising the runners and looked after the support cast ensuring everything ran smoothly and each person was where they needed to be at the right time. On set of the Scouting for Girls shoot I was in charge of looking after twenty extras, making sure they were all happy while waiting and I was responsible for organising the expenses for each person at the end of the day.

When it came to the post process I then had to review the footage and choose which shots worked best with the video I had planned prior to the shoot.  |

I was responsible for looking after the needs of the cast, scheduling them, establishing which cast could work well together in their supporting roles and being on hand to help on set when required.  |
